AN ATTITUDE OF GRATITUDE

AN ATTITUDE OF GRATITUDE
Gratitude means thankfulness, counting your blessings, noticing simple pleasures, and acknowledging everything that you receive. It means learning to live your life as if everything were a miracle, and being aware on a continuous basis of how much you’ve been given.
Gratitude shifts your focus from what your life lacks to the abundance that is already present.
I believe this is a topic worth the talk.

Gratitude should be a be part of us, we should make it a habit rather than something we just show only when something good happens in our life.
We should learn to appreciate things no matter how small or little.
It’s easy to feel grateful when things are going our way and we have the best of the best, but it’s a lot harder to feel grateful when we’re not where we want to be, or we long for something we don’t yet have. Just like anything else, gratitude takes practice. It might feel silly to have to remind yourself to be grateful, but after time it will become a way of life instead of something you need to work on.
It is important to observe and appreciate the things we see and everything that has been given to us; the love around us, even the smallest things that we think may not have that much significance.

Making GRATITUDE a part of your life comes up with a huge responsibility of continuously being able to appreciate all that has been given to you.
You should be ready to take that responsibility and impose it in your daily living. Feeling grateful for things, people and every blessing you have in your life no matter how small.
Look at everything you have today and be grateful for it.
