YOU ARE NOT ALONE



It takes a lot to stay strong;
Takes a determined and focused mind.
It takes a courageous heart
Most times heavy and extremely hurt eyes from tears.
It takes self encouragement from time to time.
It takes confidence
It takes a healthy friend circle
It takes a loving family
And most importantly,
It takes prayer.

•You have to constantly remind yourself that everything in life is temporary.
•Push yourself to take another step, and another, no matter what.
•Always stay positive.
•Focus on fixing even the little things.
•Give yourself that attention that you need and deserve.
•Challenge yourself to do better.
•Don’t let fear defeat you.
•Learn to speak up when you need help!
•It’s okay to talk to yourself from time to time. That’s the best way to encourage yourself. Say things like “I can do it, it’s not the end, I am strong, I am capable, God’s got me, I will smile again, I am going to inspire someone.” It works for me all the time.
•Don’t hold your tears, if you need to cry then let it out..
•Hold on to God’s word
•Talk to someone if you need to, someone you feel safe with. Someone you know that will make you feel better after...
•And always remind yourself that nothing is impossible as long as you are ready to put your mind to it and make it happen.

Someone told me this: “Keep a strong mentality and don’t ever break it. Make sure you bounce back! It’s a solo race, run it right and it won’t matter what goes on around you.”....
Now this is my promise to you: It will be alright.
You’re not alone.
